Everything was good during 2 days, really enjoyed its particularly good and great location really close to the centre and Skanderbeg Square. Had a fridge, central heating, and multi-channel TV in my double room. The beds were exceptionally comfortable as were the pillows...

Whenever I stay here, it feels like home. the staff once helped my elderly parents with such kindness. Everything I need is here: Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, security, and more. I keep coming back for vacation.

I loved the key-free entry and the rooftop views were a delightful bonus. the staff went above and beyond, even helping with free printing. the studio was spacious and quiet, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventures.

This place is in a great spot close to everything you need. the rooms we got were nice and clean, with all the essentials like a hot shower and heater. 🛀 It was a cozy setup for a pleasant stay.

Arrived to find the room bright as day, no curtains! After a shower mishap, the bathroom turned into a swimming pool. Not sure if artistic holes in walls were intentional. Sink leaked like a faucet in drought. Elevator workout included. But in the end, the WiFi saved the day. Oh, and the location was a hidden gem in the bustling city. Fairly clean room was a solid plus in the end. .

Had a great experience here! the location was spot on , close to shops, bars, and attractions. the check, in staff were super helpful, allowing us to leave our bags early. Plus, the rooftop views were fantastic!

The room was not as advertised , quite basic with issues like moisture buildup and noise at night. the bathroom had some maintenance problems, like a leaking sink and black mold.
